Customer Satisfaction Policy

14 days Return Policy

Green Canada LED will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 14 days of receipt of product. A restocking charge of 20% will apply to all items returned where Green Canada LED has made no error in merchandizing or shipping. All returns must arrive in the original packaging and all freight charges for the return of goods are to be paid by the customer.

Incorrect and Damaged Shipments

Green Canada LED will, at our discretion, replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment. Please note any obvious damage, shortage, or incorrectly shipped item while applying your signature at the time of delivery and make all claims for replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery.

Manufacturer’s Warranties

Many products offered by Green Canada LED provide a manufacturer’s warranty. This information is listed on our website within the Specifications section of each product if there is a manufacturer’s warranty. After 14 days, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of warranty replacement(s). Please note a manufacturer’s statement of Average Rated Life Hours does not imply a warranty.

Christmas & Event Lighting

Christmas & Event products are eligible for return or exchange with one exception: Christmas & Event products are not eligible for return for any reason after December 24th of the year in which the purchase was transacted.

Grow Lights

Grow Lights and grow tents supplies are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return. Please allow a Sales Manager to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to assure yourself that you are receiving the correct product. For minor repairs such as a power supply and LED board replacement, please contact Sales Manager with a picture of the underneath side of the light with the unit on “Showing the lights are on”.

We offer two solutions:

  1. Work with us online to diagnose the issue and allow us to send free replacement parts
  2. Send us your grow light to our repair center and we can resolve the issue for you. The shipping cost will be applied.

Special Order, Discontinued & Non-Stock Items

Special orders, discontinued, and non-stock items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return. Please allow a Sales Manager to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to assure yourself that you are receiving the correct product for your application. Such purchases can incur substantial restocking fees from the vendor or factory.
